General Conditions of Sale and Cancellation 2021

The accommodation reserved will be available from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated within 10:00 on the day of departure. Failing to show-up on the booked date or delayed check-in without any prior notice (no-show), will be considered as a cancellation, and the prepayment will not be returned.

Written notice of cancellation or changes to a reservation must be received by written notice within 30 days prior to your arrival date (Service fees: 10,00 €). Early departures or delayed arrivals cause organization problems, therefore the whole booked period will be charged. Your final payment must be done upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL PRICES FOR BELLA SARDINIA ACCOMODATION

10. a) Final cleaning compulsory: € 30 (€ 20 for Bella Tent) / € 20 for stay untill 3 days (€ 10 for Bella Tent), extra for pet € 10.
11. b) Deposit required for Bella Sardinia accommodations: € 100 (only cash).
12. c) Bed linen and towels for hire: € 9 per person, per change, to book in advance.
